This 35 m² apartment for 3 people, located on the 1st floor, has a separate bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a bright living room with a sofa bed for one person, and offers all the amenities you need for your comfort. There's also a large, fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, coffeemaker, induction hob, microwave, etc.) and a modern shower room with toilet.



Numerous amenities complete the package (Wi-Fi, television, fan in each room, Bluetooth speaker, etc.).



The highlight of this apartment is its large 16m² terrace, facing the sea and offering an exceptional view of the islands, as well as the kitesurf, windsurf and wingfoil spots!



Just cross the street and you'll be on the beach, swimming, sunbathing, enjoying the many water sports available, or just relaxing with your feet in the water.



The residence, comprising just 6 units, is a friendly place, focused on the sea, well-being and gliding.
