The apartment is located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible for individuals with mobility challenges. Dogs are also welcome here. Overall, the area offers many opportunities for play, fun, and relaxation. There are three sauna houses in the vicinity, each suitable for up to 4 people, which can be freely accessed using the apartment code provided to each guest. Next door, there is also a playground managed by De ole School, featuring various play equipment and a sandbox made of Robinia wood. If you're in the mood for indoor sports, you can play a round of table tennis or foosball in the game and sports cellar, draw and paint at the art table, or simply relax on the thick mats. You can connect your music to large Bluetooth speakers for added enjoyment.

During the construction of "De ole School," materials were chosen to be resource-efficient or recyclable, resulting in a small carbon footprint and without the use of harmful by-products. This is beneficial for both guests and the environment. The heating and ventilation system also aligns with this eco-friendly approach: the majority of energy for "De ole School" is provided through an air heat exchanger and distributed to the apartments via a low-temperature district heating network.
