The apartment is located on the ground floor, making it barrier-free. Dogs are also welcome here. Overall, the area offers many opportunities for play, fun, and relaxation. There are three sauna houses in the area, each suitable for up to 4 people, which can be freely accessed by guests using the apartment code. Next door, there is also a playground from De ole School with various play equipment and a sandbox made of Robinia wood. And if you feel like some indoor sports, you can play a round of table tennis or foosball in the game and sports cellar, draw and paint at the drawing table, or simply relax on the thick mat. You can connect your music to large Bluetooth speakers.

During the construction of "De ole School," materials that are resource-saving or recyclable were used, resulting in a small carbon footprint and without unhealthy by-products. This is good for you and for the environment.

The same applies to the heating and ventilation system: The majority of the energy for "De ole School" is provided through an air heat exchanger and distributed to the apartments via a low-temperature district heating network. This not only saves energy but also guarantees you, as holiday guests, cozy warmth and a pleasantly fresh indoor climate.
