The apartment is located on the ground floor, making it accessible for people with disabilities. Dogs are also welcome here. Overall, the area offers many opportunities for play, fun, and relaxation. There are three sauna houses in the area, each suitable for up to 4 people, which can be freely accessed by guests using the apartment code. Next to it is a playground from De ole School with various play equipment and a sandbox made of robinia wood. And if you feel like a game of indoor sports, you can play table tennis or table football in the game and sports cellar, draw and paint at the drawing table, or simply relax on the thick mat. You can connect your music to the large Bluetooth speakers.

When constructing "De ole School," materials that are resource-efficient or recyclable were chosen, resulting in a small carbon footprint and no unhealthy by-products. This is beneficial for both you and the environment. The same principle applies to the heating and ventilation system: the majority of the energy for "De ole School" is provided by an air-to-water heat exchanger and distributed to the apartments via a low-temperature district heating network. This not only saves energy but also guarantees comfortable warmth and a pleasantly fresh indoor climate for you as holiday guests.
