The apartment spans two floors, located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Dogs are also welcome here. Overall, the neighborhood offers many opportunities for play, fun, and relaxation. There are three sauna houses, each suitable for up to 4 people, in the neighborhood, which can be freely used by every guest using the apartment code. Next door, there is also a playground from De ole School with various play equipment and a sandbox made of Robinia wood. And if you feel like a game of indoor sports, you can play a round of table tennis or table football in the game and sports cellar, draw and paint at the drawing table, or simply chill on the thick gym mat. You can connect your music via large Bluetooth speakers.

When constructing "De ole School," materials were chosen that are resource-efficient or recyclable, with a small carbon footprint and without unhealthy by-products. Good for you and for the environment.

The same applies to the heating and ventilation system: the majority of the energy for "De ole School" is provided through an air-to-air heat exchanger and distributed to the apartments via a low-temperature district heating network. The result not only saves energy but also guarantees you, as holiday guests, comfortable warmth and a pleasantly fresh indoor climate.
