The apartment is located on the ground floor, making it wheelchair accessible. Dogs are also welcome here. Overall, the area offers many opportunities for play, fun, and relaxation. There are three sauna houses in the area, each accommodating up to 4 people, which can be freely used by each guest using the apartment code. Next door is also a playground from De ole School equipped with various play equipment and a sandbox made of robinia wood. And if you feel like a game of indoor sports, you can play table tennis or foosball in the game and sports cellar, draw and paint at the drawing table, or simply relax on the thick gym mat. You can connect your music through large Bluetooth speakers.

In the construction of "De ole School," materials that are resource-efficient or recyclable were prioritized, resulting in a small carbon footprint and the absence of harmful by-products. This is beneficial for both you and the environment.

The same principles apply to the heating and ventilation system: the majority of the energy for "De ole School" is provided through an air-to-air heat exchanger and distributed to the apartments via a low-temperature district heating network.
