Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, television, video on demand, washing machine, fan, and heating with electric radiators and a gas heater.



Step outside to your private garden filled with plants and flowers, ideal for relaxing under the covered terrace or dining outdoors in the west-facing yard. A small grill is available for guest use. The rooftop features a 20 sqm sun terrace with sun loungers, a parasol, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The shared pool area is enclosed and just steps from the house, offering full sun from morning to evening throughout the year. A shared children's pool is also available.



Parking is available on-site with one shared space, and additional street parking options are nearby. Up to 2 pets are allowed on the property. The location offers convenient access to public transportation and is close to the beach. Self check-in is available for your convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.



This private year-round residence is carefully and tastefully furnished with box mattresses, quality bedding, towels, and a stylish interior. The house is smoke-free, but smokers are welcome to use the terraces. Cleaning and laundry service is available for an extra fee. Note that there is no microwave and no dishwasher.
