Our former home forms the basis of our current Black Forest love Neuried. Melanie and I, Michael, have added 2 new high-quality double beds with barrel pocket spring mattresses and a new W. Schillig brand sofa to make your stay an experience that you will remember with pleasure.

The lovingly furnished holiday flat with 80m² is located on the outskirts of Ichenheim.

This quiet, spacious flat has a large living room with a new sofa. A large area accommodates the open-plan kitchen with dining table and the green new double bed 180x200cm. Our Black Forest room contains the new box spring bed 180x200. The WC is separate. The free-standing bathtub and the large 90x120cm rain shower complete this oasis of well-being, whose floor consists of approx. 50% oak parquet and high-quality yinyl flooring. We have fly screens in front of the 2 bedroom windows and the 2 doors, not on the swing windows (skylights).
There are no subtenants to take into consideration. You live in the annex all by yourself!

The Europa Park is in 20 min, Strasbourg in 27 min, Colmar 60 min, Offenburg in 15 min, Gengenbach in 20 min and Freiburg in 35 min very easy to reach.

Within walking distance you can reach the Penny supermarket, a 24/7 regional food vending machine, a restaurant, a kebab shop, a doctor and a bank.
