Our house is located in a quiet residential area - away from traffic noise and hustle and bustle - and yet only a 10-minute walk from the town center, with a wonderful view of the Ruhpolding mountains.

Our newly renovated apartment for 2-4 people offers you a separate bedroom, living room with satellite TV and LCD TV, kitchen, shower / toilet and south-facing balcony (second bedroom and bathroom are in a separate living unit). Our spacious house offers a game room with table tennis table, table football and an exercise bike.

The sport-loving landlords will be happy to give you tips for your activities, such as: B. Mountain bike, cross-country skiing, ski tours, hiking and excursions (Chiemsee, Königsee, Salzburg ...)

Mountain bike and ski tours in our region: In the warm season, the Biathlon stronghold Ruhpolding has a network of bike tours of all difficulty levels and lengths. You will find the most beautiful biker routes in the Chiemgau Alps at altitudes of 600 to 1800 meters. With us you get the best tour tips, locked wheel room, washing area, tools and drying room.

Ski tours in the Chiemgau, Berchtesgaden and Kitzbühel Alps (approx. 1 hour drive) offer a varied program from the first snow to spring, from gentle grassy hills to crisp tours.
Tuesday and Thursday evening is ski touring table in Ruhpolding on the Unternberg.
