The 80 m² apartment consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, as well as separate toilets, accommodating a maximum of 4 adults plus 1 child and 1 baby. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a television, central heating, and comfortable bedding.



The property has step-free interiors, wide and easily accessible doors, and is equipped with an elevator. The establishment offers a private outdoor space with a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and 2 balconies. Guests can also enjoy a shared outdoor area with a pool. Sun loungers and an umbrella are at your disposal.



Please do not leave your children unattended in the pool area. The property is close to the beach and within walking distance of all shops. Parking space is available on the property, with additional free parking on the street.
