The property is very well connected thanks to its proximity to the train station, just 5 minutes away, which connects the main coastal cities with Málaga. It is located in the heart of one of the most attractive residential areas of the Costa del Sol, close to restaurants, bars and cafés. There is also a lounge café on top of a cliff, ideal for enjoying a drink with ambient music and sea views.
Free parking is available on the street and there are 2 parking spaces in a garage. A maximum of one pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Beach/pool towels are provided upon request.
