Boasting a beautiful view of the Atlantic, the recently refurbished vacation home 'Zen House' is located in Puerto Rico. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to three people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with satellite and streaming services, and a washing machine.



This vacation rental offers a private outdoor open terrace and access to shared amenities, including a fenced pool, an outdoor shower, and a tennis court. Pool hours are subject to community regulations.



The property is located close to the beach, with public transport links within walking distance. The center of Puerto Rico is 500 meters away, and a supermarket is 300 meters away.
