The holiday flat "Ferienwohnung am Talsee" is located on the 1st floor, is very bright, spacious and cosy. In addition, both the living room and one bedroom lead to the balcony with a great view of the Talsee. The flat has a large bathroom with shower/bathtub combination incl. shower panel, a beautiful, well-equipped fitted kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms and thus offers space for up to 5 people. A washing machine is also available for use in the flat.

The large garden with trampoline and small playground may of course be used by younger guests. Free parking spaces are available at the house.

Both flats have access to the communal garden and a private balcony.

Enjoy your Black Forest holiday in a quiet atmosphere, away from the usual tourist strongholds. Our holiday flats are located in the family-friendly holiday village of Unterkirnach, directly on the Talsee lake. They offer you a wonderful place for your holiday.



It is a 500-metre walk to the village centre, which can be combined with a walk through the wild plant park. The house as well as the village centre are located in the valley, so that none of the usual Black Forest hills have to be climbed with the shopping.

Activities such as the play barn, swimming pool, waterway and some restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The village of Unterkirnach is 7 km from the large district town of Villingen-Schwenningen, 9 km from St. Georgen, 13 km from Triberg and 17km from Furtwangen, so you can drive in all directions without much traffic.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

There are chickens (no rooster) on the property. Due to allergies, pets are not allowed.

A dryer for communal use is available in the basement.
