The Mansarda Vialba apartment in the holiday home in Germignaga is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a view of Lake Maggiore. The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV, a washing machine and a dryer. A high chair and 2 baby cots are also available.



You have access to a private outdoor area with 2 balconies, one of which is covered. The property is located close to the beach, and both the train station and the boat dock can be reached within a few minutes on foot. All necessary services, including a greengrocer, a bakery, a pharmacy, a tobacconist and a supermarket, are just a few metres from the property.



Free street parking is available. One pet is allowed. Smoking and organizing parties or events are not permitted. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available.



The property provides guidelines to help you separate waste correctly; further information is available on site. You can arrange regional lunches or dinners with a cook for an extra fee.
