The 20 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include a TV as well as air conditioning.

This property features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace. Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (heated from April 1st).

One parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street

Pets, smokers and event celebrations are not permitted.

Towels are not provided.

Wi-Fi is not available.

Optional cleaning for an additional fee. If cleaning is carried out by the customer upon departure, the amount will be refunded.
