Villa Bartolo is located in the "pearl of Kvarner" - the town of Labin. The town of Labin is connected to the tourist part of Rabac, which is located on the eastern coast of Istria. It has earned its tourist success thanks to its white pebble beaches, Mediterranean vegetation and crystal-clear sea. 2 km from Labin is a small suburb Vinež which provides an oasis of peace and quiet.



You can experience a unique experience of Kvarner in Villa Barolo, which allows you to escape from stressful everyday life and an ideal holiday for the family. The villa (145 m2) has three newly renovated bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The rooms have two bathrooms with showers and all the necessary means for an undisturbed holiday. The minimalist kitchen has all the necessary appliances that allow easy and fast cooking: oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. The kitchen is connected to the living room where you can laze and hang out with the family in a comfortable armchair and sofa.



The villa is built so that you can directly and easily reach from each room a spacious garden (2000 m2) where there is a pool around which are deck chairs and a space where you can enjoy the greenery that surrounds. You can also enjoy the view of the beautiful Old Town of Labin from all rooms in the villa. In the outer part of the villa there is a seating area where you can enjoy an early morning coffee, or your own delicacies prepared on a charcoal grill. In the outdoor pool (35 m2) you can refresh yourself during the hot summer days and get the desired summer complexion.
