The property's garden is laid out in a Mediterranean style with ornamental plants such as lavender, rosemary, oleander and olive trees. The entrance opens onto a spacious living room, a kitchen and a dining room that comprehensively connect the house with the outside area. When open, the dining room extends to the covered lounge seating area in front of the outdoor barbecue, which is ideal for barbecues. A large fridge and wine cooler are just a few steps away. The living area extends outside onto a sun terrace with 10 loungers, a shaded area and a heated outdoor shower. A saltwater pool offers massages for relaxing wellness moments. The heated pool can be covered on cold nights and retains heat so you can swim from May to October. Each of the six bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, which undoubtedly provides a sense of comfort perfect for relaxing holidays and family time.
