The beautiful Villa Adastra is located in Sv. Lovre, one of the best preserved towns in Istria. Istria is a region visited every summer by many curious domestic and foreign tourists who want to have fun, relax and swim on beautiful beaches. If you are one of them, treat yourself to a great holiday with family and friends. Villa Adastra, built in 2009 and renovated in 2022, offers you 212 m2 of living space and 978 m2 of total plot. It is ready to open its doors to a maximum of 8 people who will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms. Three rooms have a double bed (180 x 200) and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub. One room has two single beds (90 x 200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. On the ground floor, you can relax in the living room, which has two sofas, a coffee table and a TV, and right next to it is a dining room with a dining table. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare the favourite dishes your family loves and enjoy them in the dining room or at the outdoor dining table on the outdoor terrace. There is also a 32 m2 swimming pool on the terrace with a depth of 1.5 metres. There are 8 sun loungers on the sunbathing lawn next to it, so that every guest has a place to themselves and can relax body and soul. You can also prepare delicious traditional dishes on the outdoor charcoal or wood-fired barbecue. If children are coming on holiday with you, you can use the feeding station and baby cot. The courtyard of Villa Adastra is fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces. Istria is known for wine tours and olive oil tours and the youngest ones will be delighted by the aquaparks or cycling. The ski lift in Pore, water sports and visits to historical monuments and towns are at your disposal. The beauty of Pore is sometimes obscured by the crowds of visitors from all over the world who enjoy the hospitality and excellent service. If you look closely, you can see the remains of ancient Rome and in the harbour you will come across evidence of Venetian rule from the 18th century.
