Beautiful Villa Mirna is located in the very south of Istria in the town of Svetvinčenat, which delights with its rich tourist and gastronomic offer as well as numerous cultural and historical sights and locations. Surrounded by meadows and fragrant Mediterranean vegetation, Villa Mirna is the perfect choice for those who are in need of a truly relaxing holiday.



With a living space of 318 m2, villa Mirna consists of 4 bedrooms, two of which are located on the first floor and each has its own terrace with a table and two chairs. The third bedroom on the first floor has French windows with the last room being located on the ground floor of the villa. This one has direct access to the pool. Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and one features two single beds that can be brought together if necessary as well as a gallery with a double bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with floor heating and a radiator. There is also an additional bathroom located in the auxiliary facility near the sauna and pool. Guests of Villa Mirna also have a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a living room equipped with a TV, a PlayStation console and a fireplace at their disposal.



Villa Mirna is located on a 25000 m2 large terrain together with 3 other villas. All villas share 2 tennis courts, half a basketball court (1 hoop), 2 playgrounds and a bowling area. Guests of the villa Mirna are guaranteed complete privacy due to the hedges and trees surrounding each villa. The 3000m2 large yard features a swimming pool (50 m2) with a heating and massage option surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a dining area together with a barbecue where you can prepare fresh meals for your family and friends every day. The rich entertainment offer of the villa Mirna includes 5 bicycles, table tennis, table football, billiards and darts in the villa's basement and a wine cellar with a choice of quality Istrian wines. Also, guests have a stereo system with external loudspeakers that are located in the facility next to the barbecue at their disposal. Villa Mirna has 3 private parking places, and it is possible to park two more vehicles.



The usage of the tennis court in night hours will be charged €10 per hour, payable locally. Daily usage is free of charge.



The pool is closed from November until April.
