The house is located in a historic thatched building from 1848, completely renovated and continuously refurnished and renovated. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. It is located on the outskirts of the village near a farm where you can get fresh milk daily. Within 2 minutes walking distance is a bakery and the museum 'Art of the West Coast', newly opened in 2009. On the terrace, which is bordered by hedges, you can relax wonderfully in the beach chair or under the parasol. Alkersum is an ideal starting point for cycling or inline skating tours or walks through the marsh. The beach in Nieblum or Wyk can be reached by bike in 15-20 minutes in a comfortable ride. For horseback riding enthusiasts, a total of 3 riding stables are located in Alkersum. The 18-hole golf course and the seawater wave pool in Wyk are also within easy reach. For families, Föhr offers an extensive leisure program. One dog is allowed. The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 people (including children and babies).
