The villa, built in 1970 and renovated in 2018, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property over the lake and its quiet, sunny, and secluded hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Lazise, district of Pacengo, 100 m a.s.l. The villa is located on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. ++ DOGS ARE ALLOWED BUT NOT IN THE POOL ++. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in the garage.
