The beautiful Villa Blum, a stone oasis of luxury and comfort, is located on a property of 1000m2. It can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups looking for an unforgettable vacation experience.
The interior of the villa extends to 300m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there are living rooms, an additional toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, with the luxury of its own bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. Two additional bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a large shower and double sinks.

In the courtyard of the villa, guests can relax by the 48m2 pool (9.30m x 5.20m), next to which there is a sunbathing area with comfortable deckchairs and umbrellas.
For guests looking for an active vacation, a well-equipped fitness area with modern equipment and a sauna are available.
Guests can also use the wine cellar, where they can relax while tasting the wines and delicacies of our region.
In the long summer evenings, the terrace with a barbecue is a place for gathering and socializing.
For the youngest guests, there is a playground in the yard, and a richly equipped playroom in the house.

There is also a parking lot for two vehicles on the property.
