All windows in the property are triple glazed and fitted with roller shutters.
In the basement of the building there is both a ski storage room and a table tennis table.
A free garage (5 + 3 m, door width 2.30 m, 230 V socket) at the house belongs to this comfortable holiday flat. Please note that brooms and snow shovels are deposited in the garage. The garage driveway is only sporadically cleared of snow and the local winter service often covers the direct driveway to the garage with snow, so that the guests themselves have to clear the driveway (see photos!) with the snow shovel.
There is a charging station for electric cars in the garage belonging to the flat. This wallbox has a charging capacity of 11 kW and a type 2 socket.
Charging is activated via an RFID chip with an integrated reader on the wallbox.
