With 125 m², it accommodates up to 7 guests—ideal for companies, project teams, groups, and families who value comfort, space, and a relaxed atmosphere. The apartment is accessible, with an elevator perfect for luggage, strollers, and older guests. The step-free interior and wide doors ensure easy movement throughout.



Relax in the spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 or enjoy meals together in the bright dining area. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and spend time together. Three lockable bedrooms, each with direct balcony access—including a cozy balcony bed—promise restful nights and beautiful moments at sunrise and sunset. A large bathroom and a separate guest WC offer extra convenience. Every room has a workspace for work or home office. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV with cable and streaming, fans, and a washing machine complete the amenities. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. There’s also a playground for children.



The location is ideal: 10 minutes’ walk to the city center, 15 minutes to the train station. Pforzheim is perfectly situated between Stuttgart and Karlsruhe, at the edge of the Black Forest. France is about 45 minutes away. Shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, swimming pool, theater, and cultural venues are nearby. A 3,000 m² park on the property invites you to stroll or unwind. Parking at the house and free street parking are available. Pets on request, parties are not allowed, smoking is permitted on the balconies.
