This gorgeous, light-flooded holiday flat in Passau is located in a two-family house in the Grubweg district and is modern, very high quality and furnished with great attention to detail. The 70 sqm flat with its own entrance has a very large living/kitchen/dining area, bathroom with shower/WC and a bedroom. The flat impresses with its special design and the high, bright rooms - you immediately feel at home.



Large kitchen-living-dining area with real wood floors and a room height of approx. 3.5 m, large leather sofa 3-seater and 2-seater couch, fully equipped high-quality modern kitchen with refrigerator, 2-plate ceramic hob, coffee machine and toaster. Crockery, cooking utensils etc. are available. Large table with 4 chairs and additional real light lamp for office work, cosy reading corner, bathroom with shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet and a bedroom with a French bed (140cm). Bed linen, towels, hairdryer and most necessary bathroom utensils are provided.



A wooden footbridge (3 steps in total) leads from the street to the flat with its own entrance (not barrier-free). It is at the sole disposal of our guests.



The flat is equipped with a key box so that you can arrive relaxed at any time. You can park free of charge along the street in front of the house, the bus stop for the city bus is about 150 m away. The city bus runs every half hour to the city centre. By car you can reach the city centre in 8 minutes.



Close to the flat you will find a bakery and a very well-stocked Edeka, which you can easily reach on foot.



The nature reserve "Oberilzmühle" with a bathing lake and the Ilzwanderweg are nearby. This flat is perfect for excursions into the Bavarian Forest. You are close to the city, you don't have to look for a parking space and you are very quickly in the Bavarian Forest Nature Park.
