Ecologically built holiday home with its own garden, south-west terrace with access from all rooms, quiet location on the outskirts of Pähl, between southern Ammersee (5.5km) and Starnbergersee (8km). 8km to the next trainstation to go to munic within 30 minutes. To go to the mountains for example to Garmisch will take only about 45min by car. The apartment with its own entrance belongs to a family house. The private living area with terrace and goldsmith's studio are offset to the side of the holiday apartment and ensure sufficient privacy.
