The villa Alice is located in Villasimius and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning only in one bedroom (enough to cool the whole house), a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Please note that the double rooms are separated by a door, but to access the bathroom guests have to pass through one of the rooms.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, 2 covered terraces, a balcony, a barbecue and a playground.

The property is conveniently located a short walk from Villasimius town centre and a 15 min walk from the beach (can be reached in 5 min by car). Close to the property there are several restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy and public transport links.

A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street and a parking space is available in a garage.

One pet is allowed.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Guests are kindly requested not to make loud noises after 10 pm.
