Located in Le Pradet, the studio "Near the Beaches" offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday, with beaches just a 10-minute walk away. This 23 m² accommodation features a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge-freezer), and a bathroom. It is ideally suited for a couple with two children. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video streaming, a large 1.30 m TV, air conditioning and heating throughout the property (except on the enclosed terrace where the bunk beds are), as well as fans. The residence also offers a laundry room. A baby cot is available on request.



Public transport ("Réseau de bus Mistral") is within walking distance. A parking space is guaranteed on the property. Families with children are welcome and one pet is allowed. Smoking (smoke detector) and events are not permitted. Please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the accommodation.



The outdoor access has no steps, and there is a lift in the building, but it is not suitable for wheelchairs. Waste sorting guidelines are provided on site. The accommodation is equipped with water- and energy-saving devices.



Nearby: 8-hole golf course, tennis courts 5 minutes on foot, equestrian centre. Three adult bikes, one teenager's bike, and one child's bike can be borrowed free of charge on request (with a deposit). The Plan nature park is 500 m away.
