This beautiful holiday apartment in Vinisce, Central Dalmatia, is located directly on the sea, just about 10 metres from the water. The apartment offers space for up to 3 people and features a bedroom, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. From the covered balcony, you can enjoy sea views and relax while having meals outdoors. The equipment includes air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, WiFi, kitchen appliances such as microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle, as well as a table with chairs and a clothes horse. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed.



The holiday home offers a fenced garden area with a sunbathing lawn, outdoor shower and barbecue hut. A boat mooring is available on request, as well as a private parking space directly at the property. Bed linen and towels are provided.
