The holiday flat is located in a semi-detached house built in 1998, was renovated in 2020, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet, sunny, and secluded location. The following are available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Čižići. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot, bordered by a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
