Located in Torreira, Casa da Ria 78 offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 200 m² property features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV with streaming services, cot, and high chair.



Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, covered terrace, and playground. Parking is free on the street. Pets are allowed for an additional fee (except cats). Smoking and events are not permitted. Air conditioning is not available. The security deposit is charged at check-in, and daily cleaning can be requested for an extra cost.



The house is located next to the Ria de Aveiro, 2 km from the beach and 5 km from the ferry to São Jacinto and Forte da Barra. In just 1 hour, you reach Porto, and in 1h20, Coimbra. The region is ideal for exploring nature: Arouca and its ancient monastery, the Arouca 516 suspension bridge, the Paiva Walkways, and Serra da Freita with the Mizarela waterfall.



Praia da Torreira, just minutes from the property, is easily accessible by bike via the Ponte da Varela, offering a unique view over the lagoon. This area stands out for its rare connection between sea and lagoon, set in one of the best-preserved dune belts in Europe. Nearby, you can also discover Praia do Muranzel, almost deserted with a 10 km stretch, located in the Protected Forest of São Jacinto—a haven of tranquility.
