The 65 m² spacious bungalow (solid construction) was completely renovated in 2023. It features 2 bedrooms (double bed + 2 single beds), a dining area, a daylight bathroom, and a kitchen. The bungalow is equipped with central heating, allowing year-round usage. All windows are equipped with blinds for darkening. WiFi and TV are available. The kitchen is well-equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven with ceramic hob, plates, pots, pans, spices, and coffee. Feel free to inquire if you have any additional requests. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

The accommodation is situated right by Lake Wernsdorf, which borders a nature reserve. You have direct access to the lake. Both terraces and the bedroom offer views of the water as well. A garden pond with a fountain and a turtle enclosure is directly adjacent to the bungalow. Within the premises, there is a small campsite exclusively for long-term campers. The access to the property is somewhat concealed and not visible from the road. Despite its proximity to the city, the location is peaceful. The premises are clean and well-maintained.

The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Berlin. You can reach the city center by car in 30-45 minutes or by S-Bahn and Regionalbahn in 10-15 minutes. Within walking distance, you'll find several restaurants, bathing areas, a bakery, a boat rental, a nature reserve, and more. The nearest shopping opportunity is a 5-minute drive away. The area is rich in water and is suitable for activities.

A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

Pets, smoking inside the property and celebrating events are not allowed.
