Each apartment has a covered parking space. One pet is allowed from April to November for an extra fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The interior is step-free. There is a ski storage room. Ski and bike rentals can be arranged through the host. Fresh bread delivery can be booked online for an extra fee. Guests receive the Stubai Super Card from May to October.
