"Bubbelen aan de piste" - the name says it all. When the owners build this house, they wanted to make sure they could see there kids coming down the ski slopes while enjoying themselves in the nice hot whirlpool. Off course you are more then welcome to enjoy yourself any other way possible.



This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house was finalised in june 2023, and is now ready to facilitate you for a wonderful holiday break! All the bedrooms are facilitated with a queensize double bed, and one bedroom has in addition a 3 person bunk bed (for small children) .



The house has some luxurious finishing touches & the garden is directly facing the beautiful mountain scenery, wich can be enjoyed from the sun terrace or the sun balcony.



The area is well known for hiking, climbing, mountainbiking, rafting, kayakking ,skiing and snowboarding (ski-in/ski-out, directly!).



Looking more for a quiet holiday? The area offers a lot but it still undiscovered by tourism. Local grocery stores and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away from the house.



Feeling like exploring other countries beside austria ? Italy is only 13 km away from the house, Slovenia can be reached within an hour as well.



Fee for power consumption (ct/kw) will be deducted from the deposit.

Tourist tax will also be deducted from your deposit.
