The non-smoking studio is ideal for a couple with one child. Located on the ground floor of a renovated house in Les Gouttridos, it offers a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) as well as modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and WiFi. You have a double bed and an extra bed (75 cm), with a baby bed available on request. The bathroom features a shower, hairdryer, and toilet.



Enjoy a large open garden and a shared south-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade, and a barbecue. The breathtaking view of the lake makes it the perfect place to relax. You have free access to the garden and a spring water fountain, adding a natural touch. Gas heating is available even in summer if needed.



Nestled in a peaceful setting, 2 km from the lake and only 1.5 km from the ski slopes, this location is ideal for nature lovers and outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, or swimming.



Parking is available on site. Lockers for skis or bikes are accessible in the owner's garage. The rental is offered only for short stays (weekends and weeks), with bed linen not provided and final cleaning the responsibility of the tenant. Pets are allowed under certain conditions and for an additional fee.
