Boasting a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, this holiday home is located in Nerja. The two-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to five people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, air conditioning, and a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.



The holiday home features a private outdoor area with a garden, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a covered terrace, and two balconies. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area that includes a pool, which is open daily from 8 am to 8 or 9 pm, depending on the season.



Supermarkets are within walking distance, and there is a boules court next door. The area offers many restaurants, including some near the tennis courts. The Caves of Nerja, as well as Maro and Burriana beaches, are highly recommended for visits.



Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Beach and pool towels are provided. Cleaning services, including towel and/or bed linen changes, are available for an extra fee. The nearby tennis courts can be booked. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place during your visit, which could affect the use of the pool, garden watering, or limit tap water usage.
