Villa Monte Grappa with panoramic sea views at the foot of the castle
We invite you to spend your most beautiful days of the year, your vacation, in this beautiful and spacious villa.
The villa has a total area of approximately 400 square meters, spread over two floors.
A spacious garden of approximately 1,500 square meters surrounds the house and offers many cozy areas with privacy. Under the old pine and oak trees you will find cool, shady places to relax and read. There is an arbor and a spring with a fish tank. There is also a jacuzzi in the garden that can accommodate up to 6 people and offers a fantastic view of the sea. Villa Monte Grappa is located on Via Monte Grappa in a slightly elevated position, a 5-minute walk from the sea, Borgo and all shops and offers a unique view of the castle of Castiglione della Pescaia and the sea. You can see as far as the Monte Argentario peninsula and the islands of Giglio, Monte Cristo, Corsica and Elba.
There are four entrances to the property. Two are suitable for pedestrians and two for vehicles. There is a private covered parking space for three to four cars directly on the street. Two vehicles can park on the property.
We provide our guests with an E-Smart for joyrides and shopping.
At Bagno Granchio, a parasol with two loungers and a cabin in the first or second row of the beach are reserved for our guests.
The main entrance takes you to the upper floor with a very large, airy and bright living area, high quality marble flooring and panoramic windows overlooking the sea and Castiglione. This has two seating areas and a large dining table. From here you have access to a spacious terrace with seating for up to 14 people and from there you can take a staircase to the garden or to the roof terrace with lounge furniture.
The living area also leads into a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a kitchen island, as well as a sleeping area with a hallway, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cloakroom.
In the garden, near the kitchen, there is a brick barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven.
An elegant marble staircase leads you to the lower floor, where there are three further bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two bathrooms.
All bedrooms have either sea or garden views and are equipped with mosquito screens.
From the lower floor you come to a covered terrace with lounge furniture and from here you can also go into the garden.
