With views of the Atlantic, the holiday home 'Casa da Ribeira da Janela' in Ribeira da Janela is perfect for a relaxing holiday. This 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television and a washing machine. A cot is also available.



The private outdoor area includes an open terrace with fantastic sea views and a balcony. The property is located near Levada trails and several tourist attractions, including the Fanal forest, known for its mist-shrouded trees. There is a café 50 metres away and a bus stop just a few steps from the house. The natural pools of Porto Moniz can be reached in about 20 minutes.



The climate in the northern part of Madeira is more humid, making the nature uniquely green, with rainfall distributed throughout the year and less drought, especially at higher altitudes. You can book tours along the Levadas or around the island. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Children are welcome, as long as the maximum capacity of the property is not exceeded.



Transfer services can be arranged. Smoking and events are not allowed (except smoking in designated outdoor areas). Breakfast is available for an additional fee. During the warmer summer months, due to high temperatures, you may encounter visitors from nature such as ants, cockroaches or small geckos. Despite regular pest control treatments, the occasional presence of these animals may occur, as they are part of the local ecosystem.
