The holiday home "Maresme Natura" offers mountain views and is located in the peaceful small village of Sant Iscle de Vallalta. The property is spread over three floors and consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a full bathroom, and an additional toilet on the ground floor, accommodating 4 people. Additional amenities include a home office workspace, two TVs (one in the living room and one in the main bedroom), several fans, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and capsule coffee maker.



The house features a private outdoor area with an open terrace at the top of the house and a balcony in the main bedroom. The property is close to the Montnegre Natural Park, with the park information office just 50 metres from the accommodation (open during holidays). Recommended destinations include the beaches of Arenys de Mar, Canet de Mar, and Sant Pol de Mar (10 km and accessible by car), Calella with its beaches (14 km), Blanes (25 km), and the Costa Brava. Public transport links are within walking distance from the accommodation.



Free parking is available at the bottom of the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. The accommodation offers Wi-Fi but no air conditioning. The property has guidelines for proper waste separation, and further information is provided on site. This rental includes energy and water-saving features. There are stairs between the floors. Please note that government regulations on water use may apply during your stay, which could limit the use of tap water.
