Spacious, traditional Savoyard house in Villarly-St Jean de Belleville, just 20 minutes from Les Menuires and 30 minutes from Val Thorens. Ski resorts are accessible only by car. Perfect for groups or families, you’ll enjoy the entire house. Just 10 minutes from Saint Martin de Belleville and the nearest ski lift, 20 minutes from Les Menuires, and 30 minutes from Val Thorens.



A variety of activities are available nearby: skiing, hiking, mountain biking, trout fishing, ziplining, off-road driving, canyoning, and canoyak. Moutiers train station is only 10 minutes away, with a large supermarket offering regional products. The house features underfloor heating and a parking space.



Just a 1-minute walk away, the "Op'tit Barillon" restaurant offers meals and fresh bread daily.



Bedroom layout:

- Bedroom 1: one double bed and one single bed

- Bedroom 2: one double bed and one single bed

- Bedroom 3: two double beds and one single bed



All bedding is brand new, and the house was fully renovated in November 2018.



Bed linen and sheets are not provided but can be rented on site for an extra fee. Towels are not provided.
