The centerpiece of the house is the refreshing pool, which is exclusively for your use. It features a comfortable lounge seating area, 6 sun loungers, and an outdoor kitchen by the pool. The house is spread over two levels: the ground floor features a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Stairs lead to the second floor, which has two bedrooms and a bathroom. A covered terrace is located by the house, and the second terrace is by the pool. The house is air-conditioned (2 air conditioners) and has Wi-Fi internet access. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and an LCD TV with satellite channels. There is a barbecue in the garden. The host lives on the second floor, but has his own separate entrance at the rear of the house. The ground and first floor are yours. The pool, two terraces and the garden are for your use only. Private parking is available directly in front of the house. Several restaurants are nearby. Parking at the beach is free.
