The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Šilo. The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The House is located in Šilo and is 400 m from the sea and the town center.

It consists of two apartments, on the first floor and on the ground floor, which are rented together.



Each apartment has a separate entrance.

Air conditioning is included in the price and parking is in the yard in front of the house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Common room with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV and access to the balcony (garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds). Bedroom with 2 single beds.
