With 90 m², it is ideal for a relaxing stay and accommodates up to 6 guests. The covered balcony with an electric table grill is perfect for cozy evenings. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, two TVs, and two fans. Two cots and high chairs are available if needed.



The apartment features a private outdoor area, which can be used by arrangement. Two bus stops are right outside the door. Free parking is available. Pets and parties are not allowed; smoking is only permitted on the balcony. There is also a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles. Washing machine and dryer can be used by arrangement for a small fee.
