Located in San Vincenzo, the farmhouse 'Antichi Palmenti - Rosmarino' has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV, and air conditioning. A baby cot and a high chair are provided (subject to availability, to be confirmed with the host before arrival).

Your private outdoor area includes a barbecue. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden and an outdoor shower (shared with the other guests). Please keep pets on a leash in the outdoor areas.

Public transport links are located within walking distance. The nearest dog-friendly beach is 4 km from the property.

A parking space is available on the property. Free pass to park in the parking lot of Rimigliano Beach. Families with children are welcome. An emergency kit and fire extinguisher are shared with the other apartments. A maximum of 4 pets are allowed for a fee and the price is the same whether guests bring 1 pet or 4. Wi-Fi is not available, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property offers homemade olive oil and the host provides a bottle as a gift to guests on arrival. The iron and iron board are shared with the rest of the guests on the property. The washing machine is available in a dedicated area and is also shared with the other guests on the property.
