The flat is ideally located, it is quiet and the fine sandy beach is only a stone's throw away. Along the pinewalk you will find a wide selection of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants. The centre of Puerto Pollensa is about a 10-minute walk away. The former fishing village with sandy beach offers a beautiful pedestrian promenade and a long fine sandy beach. Puerto Pollença is a tranquil place.

Families with children love the wide, gently sloping beach and the turquoise blue water. The bay of Pollença is also a popular spot for water sports. There is a sailing and kite school. On Wednesdays, the weekly market takes place on the Plaça.
