Spacious and modern semi-detached villa with fantastic sea views, located in the urbanization Los Pinos, within the exclusive complex Las Gaviotas, consisting of 10 houses that share a large communal pool of 8 x 16 m and gardens surrounding it. We recommend renting a car to fully enjoy your stay, as the property is located in an elevated area, offering great views and a peaceful atmosphere. Just 2 minutes from the beach by car, and about 15 minutes walk, although on the way back there is quite a slope so we recommend using the car.

The house is distributed on 3 levels. At street level, you have the entrance, a bedroom (1 double bed and one single) and a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor, large living room with large windows overlooking the terrace and very good sea views, large open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, oven, etc.), a toilet, and the large terrace with pergola, dining area, several loungers, ideal for organizing meals and dinners outside and enjoy the sea and mountain views as well as the tranquility of this area.

On the second floor, you have the master bedroom with terrace with wonderful sea views, bathroom en suite, 2 other double bedrooms and another bathroom. all beds are double.

The whole house is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi. Parking area for 2 or 3 cars inside the plot.

For safety reasons, children under 8 years of age are not accepted.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

Children over 8 years old are accepted. However, before booking, please check with the agency the number of children allowed per accommodation.
