Freshly renovated and modern furnished vacation apartment in the east of Gronau, 600m away from the Dutch border to Overdinkel. The accommodation is 10km away from Enschede and 250m to the bakery . The apartment has an area of about 85sqm and can accommodate up to 4 people. In the two bedrooms there is a double bed (box spring bed) and a bunk bed. The apartment has a smart TV and fast wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In the modern living / dining area can be eaten and relaxed in the evening with family or friends. The accommodation has a very large balcony including Jacuzzi and there is the possibility to barbecue. Here you can spend a relaxing evening and clear your head. In addition, a washing machine is at your free disposal. Families with babies or small children are welcome. There is a baby crib and high chair available.

Designer Outlet Ochtrup is located about 15 minutes by car from the accommodation.

The check-in/check-out is very simple via key box. Thus, there is no need for a personal handover. There are private parking spaces in front of the house.
