In summer, you’re just 15 minutes from Alcudia and Pollença's top restaurants and sandy shores. During the cooler months, utilize nearby biking trails, grill dinner in the outdoor kitchen, and unwind by the pool or fireplace. Heated pool is available by request for an extra fee.



The expansive living area includes a second private living room upstairs, a fully renovated large family kitchen with all new appliances and filtered drinking water, and a dining room with a table for 10. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, along with a fully equipped laundry room and office for your convenience.



Property Rules:

- All trash must be removed upon departure.

- An electricity charge applies based on normal usage; please conserve air conditioning.

- Maximum occupancy is 12, limited to the names on the booking.

- No smoking inside; outdoor smoking is permitted.

- Pets, events, or parties are not allowed.

- Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM (flexibility offered when possible). Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM.
