Ground floor: a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with an Italian-style shower, and separate toilets.

First floor: a second living area with a sofa bed and a cozy double bedroom offering all the necessary comforts.

For added convenience, there is an independent entrance with a key box. A security deposit is required before your arrival and will be refunded upon your departure.
