Private vacation home

We rent out our holiday home, offering a stunning 180-degree view of the sea and a sunny garden. Surrounded by palm trees, you can fully enjoy life on the Côte d'Azur.

On the first floor of the house, there are three bedrooms, all with sea views, furnished with cozy double beds and large built-in wardrobes, as well as two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The ground floor features a spacious living room connected to an open-plan kitchen, which leads directly to the large terrace and garden. Additionally, there is a small study on a mezzanine level and a guest WC.
The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped: it includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, as well as dishes and cutlery.

The villa is located in a quiet, private “residence,” a gated community with a private road. Access is through a large gate, monitored by video surveillance and opened only with a numeric code.

Within the community, there is a large pool that can be used during the summer season from morning until evening.

The beaches and the beautiful old town of Antibes are just a ten-minute drive away, and several golf courses (Golf de Biot, Le Provencal Golf, Golf Saint Donat, etc.) are also nearby.

We rent exclusively to non-smokers. The house is ideal for families, couples, and business travelers. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for small children.

In the immediate vicinity, there is a large supermarket with a bakery, hairdresser, pharmacy, and drugstore.
